Ed’s passion is serving church and community leaders as a ‘Guide by their Side’ in uplifting underachieving communities, churches, and businesses. As a businessman and a pastor, Ed can relate to both marketplace and church issues. Ed is a source as well as a resource in community transformation.

Dr. Ed Delph is a noted author of ten books, weekly columnist in several newspapers worldwide, teacher, business owner, and speaker, having presented or been in more than one hundred countries.

Ed earned his business degree from Arizona State University. He started a business, Central Bindery in 1974, which is still the largest book bindery in Arizona. He earned his Doctorate of Ministry in Faith in Culture from the Phoenix University of Theology in 2004.

Session 1 – Navy Seals:

Evangelism Training

US Navy Seals primary special op is to conduct small unit missions in all types of environments and terrain. In the same way, as evangelists we are to be ready in season and out of season, to share our faith, whether it be on the job, at the grocery store, or in a street witnessing or outreach event.

This workshop will equip you with easy to remember, easy to use tools and techniques for sharing the Gospel and one’s testimony, such as the 3 circles, and other effective conversation openers.

Session 2 – Front Line. Infantry:

Warfare /Intercessory Prayer Training

The front line infantry is an army specialization whose personnel engage in combat. They engage and destroy the enemy’s ground forces.

In the same way, the Intercessors and Prayer warriors, go ahead to engage and destroy the enemy.

Ephesians 6:12 tells us that our fight is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers and powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces in heavenly realms.

This workshop will equip you with prayer techniques, prayer points and other strategies to help you pray more effectively against your adversary, the devil.

Session 3- Green Berets:

Spiritual Warfare and Deliverance Training

The Green Berets are a special ops, band of soldiers who work with others to fight a common enemy, fighting alongside them, engaging in combat and search and rescue.

In the same way, we the Body of Christ are called to liberate those who have been bound by our enemy, Satan, breaking down the strongholds that he uses to continuously rob, steal and destroy.

This workshop will equip you with an understanding of how to stand and operate in your God given, spiritual authority over Satan. You will learn how to identify, manage and defeat demonic influences and strongholds.

This session will be followed by a Questions and Answer Panel Discussion comprised of our 5 person panel. Each member of the panel has special expertise and experience in the area of deliverance and Spiritual Warfare.

Session 4- Call to Action:

The Battle Plan

Now that your Basic training is complete, it is time to use what you have learned!

In this session, we will provide you with an overview of the upcoming outreach initiatives we are engaged in, that attendees can participate in to begin reaching their community for Christ.

We will also provide information on upcoming conferences and learning opportunities we are planning, should you want to learn more and continue your “warfare” training.

Our Speakers

Gene Moody

Gene Moody has been in the ministry for over 35 years. Gene, with his late wife, Earline, ministered together, having the goal of setting captives free.

Their main publication is the Deliverance Manual, which encompasses more than 20 years of deliverance experience.

This manual is circulated around the world and is their primary way of teaching people how to do deliverance as they are led by the Holy Spirit.

Gene’s charge from the Lord is to help train an army to minister deliverance.

Dr. Paul Rosbury

Dr. Paul Rosbury is President and Spiritual Director of Seminary Covenant Community, an Association of Churches, House Churches, Educational Missions, Ministries, and Social Enterprise Organizations. He is a Social Entrepreneur and has helped organize, coach, and develop non-profit and faith-based organizations for over Thirty-five years.

He has teamed with other non-profit and for-profit organizations to provide social services to individuals and families. Also, he has served as Pastor, President of the local ministerial organizations, led the collaborative effort in merging two ministerial organizations, developed and executed renewal programs, and served as Spiritual Director on teams for over 15 years in Cursillo type movements.

He received his Doctorate in October 2012 from Christian Faith University and currently serves on their Board of Directors.

He has been married to Patricia Rosbury for over 46 years and has 9 Grandchildren.

He is the visionary of Operation Joshua.

Dr. Mark Virkler

Dr. Virkler has written more than 50 books in the areas of spiritual intimacy and growth. His best-selling series on how to hear God’s voice has sold over 250,000 copies. He is the founder of Communion with God Ministries (www.CWGMinistries.org) and Christian Leadership University (www.CLUOnline.com), an online university where the voice of God is at the center of every learning experience.

Mark has taught on developing intimacy with God and spiritual healing for more than 30 years on six continents. The message has been translated into over 40 languages, and he has helped to establish more than 250 church-centered Bible schools around the world.

Hillary Earle

Hillary Earle is one of the Hosts and organizers of Operation Joshua. Hillary is an entrepreneur and consultant who uses her corporate experience to help others launch and grow their businesses and organizations.

Hillary is a writer, speaker and podcaster, co-founding the “She Shed Light” podcast, which focuses on topics of Spiritual warfare and other Biblical teachings.

Jennifer Munson

Jennifer Munson is a published author and lover of the lost and broken. Jennifer ministers through the ministry of prophetic, deliverance and healing. Jennifer has been a guest speaker at women’s conferences and tent revivals and was recently featured in the Victorious Living magazine.

Jennifer was a girl who was used, abused, tossed aside, and felt unworthy of love.

She believed God’s love was beyond her reach until He got a hold of her heart after 20 years of pain, abuse, depression, and destruction.

Kamia White

Kamia D. White is the founder and Senior Pastor of Reviving Souls, Inc., located in Cocoa, Florida. Since her story: she has established her actual call to the body of Christ through the ministry of prophetic counsel and deliverance. Bishop Kamia is an author, a very passionate philanthropist, and a dynamic preacher of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She flows by the Spirit of God in a unique anointing. Her audiences are often captivated by her transparency and ability to present truths. She leaves you unequivocally convinced that God loves all and desires to heal all from a life of failures.

Kamia has been a guest facilitator at conferences and workshops designed to promote liberation from sexual perversion. She has also hosted and participated as a guest facilitator on subjects such as The Prophetic Mantle, Dreams, Vision, and Interpretation. Her heart desires to see the body of Christ experience God’s emotional and spiritual healing. Lori-Ann Jones

Lori-Ann is an author, an ordained minister, and disciple of Jesus Christ, who trains other disciples, to have the confidence to walk in the Power and Authority in Jesus Christ to “Preach the Gospel, Heal the Sick, Cast out Demons, Teach true Repentance, and Baptize in Water and Holy Spirit.” It is Jesus Christ who brings change and wholeness to people as a New Creation.
